Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any services with BlkCollectivee. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking. This retainer goes toward your total session fee.
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments can be made via [Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Card] (insert actual options you accept).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you must notify BlkCollectivee at least 48 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is allowed per session.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of your retainer and may be subject to a rebooking fee.
In the rare case that BlkCollectivee must cancel, your retainer will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time to maximise the session.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be applied.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in a cancelled session with no refund.
Image Turnaround & Delivery
You will receive a proof gallery within 3–5 business days after the session.
Final edited images will be delivered 7–14 business days after selections are made.
Expedited editing is available for an additional fee (ask for availability).
Image Selection & Editing
Clients will select their final images from the proof gallery. Additional images beyond your package can be purchased for an extra fee.
Retouching includes basic colour correction, skin smoothing, and light blemish removal. Extensive retouching (e.g. body modifications, background replacements) will incur an extra fee.
Unedited RAW files will not be released under any circumstances.
Usage Rights
BlkCollectivee retains the copyright to all images created.
Clients receive personal usage rights (sharing on social media, printing, etc.).
Commercial usage (e.g., for advertising, branding, etc.) requires a separate agreement and licensing fee.
Creative Direction
By booking with BlkCollectivee, you trust our creative vision. While inspiration is welcome, exact image duplication cannot be guaranteed.
Location, lighting, and posing will be tailored to your session goals but ultimately left to the discretion of the photographer.
Model Release
By participating in a session with BlkCollectivee, you grant permission for images to be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Liability
BlkCollectivee is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the course of the shoot.
In the unlikely event of photographic failure, loss of files, or technical issues, liability is limited to the retake of the session or a full refund, at BlkCollectivee’s discretion.
Final Notes
Please come prepared and ready to create. Professionalism, communication, and trust are essential to a successful shoot.
Booking a session with BlkCollectivee signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms.
